1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day.

  • Flash Sale / Promotional Items: processed within 2–3 business days
  • Pre-Order Items: processing time shown on individual product pages

3. International Shipping

ManaraGO ships to selected international destinations. Delivery times depend on the destination country and chosen shipping method.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. ManaraGO is not responsible for these additional charges. Customers are solely responsible for all customs clearance costs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier name
  • SMS updates at each stage: dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered
  • Real-time tracking via your ManaraGO account under "My Orders"

If you do not receive a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support Team.

5. Delivery Partners

ManaraGO works with trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and safe delivery:

  • Aramex UAE
  • DHL Express (international shipments)
  • Fetchr (UAE same-day delivery)
  • ManaraGO Express Fleet (select Dubai areas)

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to two (2) times. If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The order will be returned to our fulfilment centre
  • Our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery
  • A re-delivery fee of AED 15 may apply
  • If no response is received within 7 business days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued (excluding the original shipping fee)

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please provide your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement, re-delivery, or full refund your choice, no questions asked.

For lost shipments, ManaraGO will open an investigation with the carrier within 3–5 business days. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

ManaraGO accepts Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE. The following conditions apply:

  • COD orders must be confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • Unconfirmed COD orders will be cancelled after 24 hours
  • COD is available for orders up to AED 3,000. Orders above this value require prepayment
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order

9. PO Box & Remote Areas

ManaraGO does not deliver to PO Box addresses. For remote or inaccessible areas, additional delivery charges and extended timeframes may apply. Our team will contact you directly if your address falls outside our standard coverage zone.

10. Peak Periods & Public Holidays

Processing and delivery times may be longer during UAE public holidays and high-demand periods, including:

  • Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha
  • White Friday Sale
  • Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF)
  • New Year and National Day periods

We recommend placing orders at least 3–5 business days in advance during these periods to ensure on-time delivery.

ManaraGO reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Last updated: April 2026.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
